The new financial year brings with it some great successes and some new beginnings. The sales team have been working very hard, and we have had some great “on the street” auctions in the past week. 22 McColl Street, Newmarket, a stunning warehouse, sold under the hammer for $1,705,000, as did 31 Summer St for $835,000. After 18 years it’s been a huge undertaking packing up, cleaning out and selling items on TradeMe, so to all our vendors who have done a house move, we know your pain. It will be with some sadness, when we leave this Saturday. It has been a wonderful building and location, but we will remain regular patrons of the Gladstone Rd shops and we look forward to welcoming the Parnell locals and you to our new office in the very near future. Designed by Fearon Hay, the Parnell building was home to our entire team of salespeople until in 2008 we decided to create two specialist offices and moved half the team to a bespoke space in Freemans Bay. I hope you had a nice break over the Christmas period despite the rain that seemed so widespread across the North Island.
