In January 2010 Blair celebrated 10 years in sales with Kellands. During this time he has sold over 1,000 properties primarily through project marketing and quality apartments, throughout Auckland City and the City Fringe. 

Blair’s senior status has additionally seen him be Project manager on behalf of some significant institutional clients selling coastal developments and residential homes. He has jointly achieved the highest number of sales nearly every year in Kellands history.
