Tim has been working in real estate in central Auckland for two decades. Up until recently he has concentrated his energy in marketing and selling properties in the greater Ponsonby area. Early in 2010 Tim bought a home at Muriwai Beach and has now included marketing Northwest coastal and lifestyle properties in his portfolio.
Tim has lived and raised a family in Ponsonby since immigrating to New Zealand from the United States in 1970. He was attracted to the area by the diverse residential development and the appealing lifestyle - the antithesis of Detroit, the city where he grew up. His passion for New Zealand remains as fresh and committed as ever. He is now keen to share his vast experience in property, and his love for the New Zealand lifestyle, be it urban, rural, or coastal.

I have recently sold my property through Kellands Real Estate and their agent Tim Collins Smith. It has been a fantastic experience with an outstanding result. The property was 134 Lone Kauri Road, Karekare and could be described as a unique and appealing property.
Over the past year I have watched with interest how real estate companies are pitching properties to the market.
